More about How to buy
Different types of teas have been oxidized for different lengths of time or not oxidized at all during processing to make them green, white, black or oolong tea. This causes the chemical makeup and fragility of the leaves to differ in the various teas resulting in the need to adjust steeping times and water temperatures to accommodate these differences.
