This Privacy Policy Statement sets forth the privacy policy pertaining to this site, www.higgins-burke.com, and all sites of the affiliates of Higgins & Burke™ which are linked to this site (individually, a “Site” and collectively, the “Sites”). By using this Site, you are agreeing to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy Statement. The Privacy Policy Statement and the online terms and conditions were developed to ensure that you are comfortable that in all your dealings with brown-gold.com, your Personal Information is secure and will be treated in a confidential manner. We have designated a privacy officer who is accountable for compliance with our policies and applicable privacy legislation.

For each visitor to the Sites, our web servers automatically recognize information regarding the visitor’s domain name (or that of the visitor’s access provider). We will collect only such Personal Information as may be required to fulfill the Purposes and will retain the information only for so long as needed to fulfill the Purposes set out above.

Once your user session is cancelled, the information contained in the cookie is no longer available to Mother Parker's.

We will keep your Personal Information as accurate, complete and up-to-date as necessary for the identified Purposes for which it was collected. We encourage you to let us know if your Personal Information changes.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. Children and young people under 13 must get permission from their parent or guardian before they submit personal data to the Higgins & Burke™ web site.

Information, including Personal Information, which you post on any public forum including a product discussion forum, chat room, blog, social media networking website or bulletin board may be seen by the public. Third parties may be able to access your Personal Information and contact you using or through such websites.

We may offer links to third party websites (Non-Higgins & Burke®) which are not covered by our Privacy Policy and which are governed by other policies and terms of use. We have not reviewed these websites or any of their policies or terms of use. We make no representation or endorsement whatsoever respecting any of these third party websites, their content or privacy policies. We recommend that you review their privacy policies and terms of use before using these websites and before submitting any Personal Information.

When ordering product using our eStore, we collect your name, address and contact information to properly execute your request and contact you should we have questions regarding your order. We ask you to set up an account to provide us with the information required to process your order. We do not share this information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order, or as otherwise set out herein.

We do not collect credit card information. All payment handling and information is managed using a 3rd party online payment system. Once payment has been processed, Higgins & Burke™ will use the payment and Personal Information collected to fulfill the order.

Higgins & Burke™ reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy Statement at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy Statement will mean that you accept those changes.

In the event that we transfer our business to a third party, we may also transfer your Personal Information subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy Statement. By disclosing Personal Information to us and using our Sites you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Information may be so transferred.
