When ordering product using our eStore, we collect your name, address and contact information to properly execute your request and contact you should we have questions regarding your order. We ask you to set up an account to provide us with the information required to process your order. We do not share this information with third parties, except in the case of contact or order information needed to fulfill your order, or as otherwise set out herein.
We do not collect credit card information. All payment handling and information is managed using a 3rd party online payment system. Once payment has been processed, Higgins & Burke™ will use the payment and Personal Information collected to fulfill the order.
Higgins & Burke™ reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy Statement at any time. You should check this page periodically for changes.
