- Our tea supply is guided by our active membership in certified organizations dedicated to promoting social, ecological and economic improvements in the global tea trade.
- Our black, green and white teas are 100% sourced and purchased under Ethical Tea Partnership standards.
- Our teas are awarded the applicable seal of approval from Ethical Tea Partnership, Rainforest Alliance, OCIA, US Organics and Kosher certification.
- Our buying practices ensure we are providing safe and consistently high quality products as all of the teas we purchase undergo vigorous tests (including pesticides, chemical, metals) and quality assurance audits to meet or exceed program standards.
- Our cartons are unbleached and made with 100% recycled fibres (minimum of 50% post-consumer). Instead of using polypropylene “cello” overwrap we glue-seal our cartons for food safety.
- Our head office and manufacturing facilities adopt programs to reduce waste including energy reductions, recycling, and transportation efficiencies.
